Client was seen on surveillance footage to be leaving the house of his friend that was discovered murdered a few days later. He was questioned, his residence searched by police and subsequently arrested. Law enforcement found no other potential suspects, but the client maintained his innocence.

AFR Investigations uncovered several errors made at the crime scene by the authorities that would result in cross contamination. Furthermore after reviewing the evidence, it was discovered that there was missing surveillance footage not submitted by the State. Additionally, several other potential suspects were found that again highlighted errors in the investigation undertaken by police.

AFR Investigations provided expert testimony with regards to these failures at trial. The client was subsequently found not guilty and released from custody.

Client was arrested after a witness saw him shoot the victim. He was offered a plea deal by the State of 25 years. AFR Investigations assisted defense counsel and discovered mitigating factors that resulted in client obtaining a much shorter 10 year custodial sentence.

Client was arrested by authorities for historical continuous sexual assault of a minor. AFR Investigations implemented an investigation strategy through the complainant’s school and neighborhood. It was subsequently discovered that the complainant made habitual sexual assault allegations with regards to several other people. The trial resulted in a hung jury.

Client hired AFR Investigations to follow her spouse of 15 years after he had been acting strange for some time. The subject was followed to a restaurant where he did indeed meet up with another woman. Surveillance was carried out inside the restaurant using covert cameras where numerous affectionate actions were recorded. They were then followed to her residence where he spent an hour before returning back home. The client was provided a full report.

Client was involved in post divorce battle over child custody. The other party had hired an attorney and was seeking custody over children through hired attorneys. Upon receiving the case, a surveillance strategy was put in place and the subject was followed. It was soon discovered that he was secretly drinking alcohol in his vehicle during his lunch break. Further surveillance revealed frequent drinking breaks throughout the day at various locations. The subject was able to keep this behavior hidden from his employers and relatives. Extensive footage was obtained over the course of several days. The client was provided full file which helped her retain custody.

Client was wanted to serve papers on her children’s father for not paying child support. The problem was that nobody could locate him. After extensive research using both online and offline tools, AFR Investigations located the subject in a remote part of the countryside. He was purposely hiding from authorities. The client was provided with the subject’s location and papers were effectively served.
